Owner, Tom Weeks, is a Carpenter by trade and has 20 years experience in the Pacific Northwest working alongside clients to create remodels that are economically and visually beneficial, to prevent large emergencies, as well as increase an asset’s long-term value. Equipped with the knowledge and skill to resurrect old buildings and custom finish new additions, Tom will make the overall construction experience the way it used to be – trusted by a handshake.
Business Manager, Tracy Weeks, offers full support to clients, apprentices, and employees. From developing site plans, permitting, estimating, bidding, contracts, change orders, per project cost analysis all the way to invoicing, she is happy to help homeowners and tenants have their expectations met throughout the remodeling process.
Building Designer, Tom Brenton, offers his wealth of knowledge in green building and weatherization techniques. Once an employee of the Opportunity Council and then a tradesman during the the beginning of dense-pack insulation standards, Tom has a lot of information to share with homeowners during the design process that considers the full building envelope.
